Peavine was what we called him. The first picture we had of him was in a clay pea patch, and all you could see were horns sticking up. My buddy said it was pea vines, not horns! After looking closer, we realized it was indeed horns. He dubbed the name Peavine! I hunted him for two years before killing him on the morning of January 18th. All this happened on a 340-acre lease in Lauderdale County, Mississippi.
