I took my grandson fishing at a neighbors pond. He has been with me many times and ran the dip net. He was using a very small (toy) rod and reel. He kept telling me he was getting bumps! I’m thinking yeah right and the next thing I know he is reeling this one in to the bank.

Holt got after them again this year post spawn and landed this one next to last cast of the day.
This was my first bass I caught. I had surgery two weeks ago and wanted to fish. Went to a friends pond down the road with my boyfriend and caught my first bass!
